Product Development Through the Eyes of the Consumer: Applying Sensory and Consumer Insight Tools for Development Success August 27-28, 2019

This course is for the product development professional and the sensory scientist working with developers striving to align their work with the needs and wants of the consumer. To increase the potential for a successful product launch, the course will create a better understanding of the engagement and assessment tools available and how we can use them. The course will use large and small group discussion platforms to ensure the practical application of tools, as well as provide a venue for developers and scientists to ask specific questions addressing unique challenges or experiences.

IFT is a continuing professional education provider (IN141) with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics' (AND) Commission on Dietetic Registration. Registered Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians may claim 1 CPE per hour of learning. Each short course registrant will be provided with a certificate of completion at the end of the course with full continuing education credit information included.
